12 Hour Jam
This is a video of my first parkour trip to Manchester, back in December 2005. I was (and secretly still am) really proud of that dash vault over the big wall off the bench! The bail hurt for a week or so...Thanks to Grant and Grassam for filming and editing. I wish you both still trained.
