Parkour - The Nature Of Challenge

This is the new parkour documentary. It was produced by two good friends of mine; the legendary Paul Maunder and written by the Chairman of the British Parkour Coaching Association, Dave Sedgley. This is truly the greatest parkour documentary we have seen to date, in terms of its content (the words and the movement) and in terms of how well it was produced, putting the word of parkour out there in such a way to put the name of parkour in its proper place. It's the best thing we've ever seen in parkour.

As stated at the start of the film, its purpose is to introduce people to parkour and to correct any misconceptions the viewer may have from past explanations or natural assumptions about what parkour is based on what they may have seen.

It's in four parts and well worth taking the time to sit down, turn off any distractions and just watch and learn. You may want to click the video to be able to watch in HD.

Parkour Pilgrimage Project - Full Length Documentary

Here is the full length (90 minutes) documentary about Lisses, the birthplace of parkour - and about the discipline itself. It contains footage of 150+ traceurs from all over the world (including me!), and was shown to David Belle for approval before release. Look out for me in the action bits! Specifically look out for me and my fish! My name appears in the credits too.

I know it's a long video, but if you're interested in parkour then it really is worth every second - it's brilliant quality and very well produced.

If you'd rather watch a shorter version, there's the preview of this documentary, which is just a 3-minute preview of the action used in the main feature (here) or there's my Lisses Trip video (here).

Place de Chevreuse - Pilgrimage Preview

This is a 3-minute preview of the Parkour Pilgrimage Project, a 90-minute parkour documentary. The preview shows a small section of the action part of the documentary, all clips from the flats in Lisses. The clips were collected from traceurs all over the world who had been on a pilgrinage to Lisses and made their own video. Duncan, the producer of the documentary, asked me to send my video so he could use some of the clips. There are a couple of me in this preview, and more in the whole thing. Watch out for me!
